Refund policy

We accept returns for damaged or defective products only.  Scent is a personal journey unique to you, so we cannot accept returns if you end up disliking a scent.  There are sample sets of perfumes to experience the scent on your body before purchasing a larger bottle.

If your product arrived damaged or defective we will happily exchange it for a new one.  Email jess@ritualaromatics.ca and we will get it sorted.
